Conduct Disorders
Conduct disorders are one of the most common psychological disorders among adolescents. Children or teenagers with a conduct disorder display a consistent disregard for the rules of society. They may continually demonstrate socially unacceptable or violent behavior such as starting fights, lying, stealing, skipping school, and destruction of property. People with conduct disorders usually have underlying problems, such as depression, and appropriate treatment is essential. Please call the Wilkins Center if you suspect your loved one may have a conduct disorder. We offer evening and weekend appointments to accommodate your child’s school schedule.
